Storage: Frozen Lobster Tails will arrive packed on Frozen Gel Packs. Should be placed in freezer upon receipt, if you plan to consume immediately they can be placed in refrigerator for proper thawing.

Inspection: Fresh Frozen Lobster Tails are individually wrapped.

Expiration: Once frozen Lobster Tails have no expiration.

Preparation & Consumption: Allow to thaw overnight in refrigerator.  Always rinse with water prior to cooking.
